Two items, two honest prices
Setup + first year
Setup, domain verification, prospect-list preparation, account creation and training are included. No separate maintenance for the first 12 months.
Annual maintenance
From year 2: server, database, email infrastructure, security and new versions. Because infrastructure costs are in foreign currency, the fee is updated at the exchange rate on renewal. If not renewed, the system closes; your data is kept for 90 days.
Your data is yours
Your company list, conversations and campaign history can be exported to Excel anytime (Advanced and up). We keep you because it works, not by contract.
